The Cogent Fingerprint Scanner CSD101i is a single-digit fingerprint scanner that is housed in a durable compact casing. The advanced Thin Optical Touch sensor is immune to ambient light.

Powered by USB 2.0, the connection allows for easy integration with new or existing applications. The durable, lightweight, and ergonomic design allows the CSD101i to be portable without compromising image quality.

Two bright indicator LED lights help users to operate and place the finger at the appropriate time to avoid confusion.

The Cogent Fingerprint Scanner CSD101i supports fingerprint image (raw and FIR: ISO 19794-4) and minutiae (FMR: ISO 19794-2). It can perform on-board processing of the captured fingerprint image, compression of image and encryption of the captured image and extracted minutiae. FBI PIV-071006 Certified, it is ideal for network biometric authentication, authenticating biometric travel documents, and identity verification.
